Shade Cloth Order Policy
The shade cloth business is seasonal & FRANTIC as it heats up.
$500 minimum order.
Prepayment: Panels custom cut & fabricated "Specially For You". All orders must be prepaid.
Lead times: Sept-Mar: 1 week, Apr-Aug: 1 to 2 weeks. Allow UPS Transit Time to your location. (Motor freight used on large orders.) Please note that 99% of our orders arrive early or right on time. Kindly be patient.
UPS Signature: Kindly use a ship-to address where someone can sign for your shipment.
Rush Orders: Sorry but this just isn't possible. Everyone seems to wait until it gets hot and needs it yesterday!
$20 charge on phone orders under $2,000: These are actually a bit tricky and sometimes we do make mistakes. The Shade Cloth Quote & Order Form is easy to use, accurate and more efficient for us, and you too. Please give it a try.
Return Policy: Shade cloth is custom cut & fabricated and may not be returned.
Change Orders: Changes may not be possible. Orders are sent over to the mfg. Immediately. If your shade % is in line to be fabricated it may be made far before the lead times stated above. If not yet fabricated there is a $50 upcharge for changes.
