Sheet Closure: Use U-Profile to close the lower edge of roof sheet and top of wall sheet Eave Detail and the Lower Edge of side wall sheets of freestanding greenhouses and front wall of lean-to greenhouses. Lean-To Ridge & Freestanding Ridge roof sheets and end wall sheets (See Roof Corner) must have aluminum tape at upper edge. This procedure will eliminate the possible entrance of dust, dirt and insects into the sheet channels. When U-Profile is used at lower edge of wall sheets and lower edge of roof sheets, a 1/16" weep hole is required, every 12" along the lower edge of the U-Profile, for moisture release.

Frame Layout:

 

• Frames with horizontal roof purlins or wall girts, see Layout. &. Load & Bending Radius.

• Frames with vertical rafters & posts, see Layout. & .Load Support..

Corner Trim: Polycarbonate sheet may have to be site cut to achieve a square corner. Corner Trim covers and protects Roof and Wall corners.

Ridge Flashing: Polycarbonate is set in place prior to installation of Lean-To Flashing or Freestanding Ridge Flashing. Flashing to be purchased locally.
