Orders to US Territories, Canada & International Orders:
We only ship goods to US mainland and Alaskan locations, via ground transport. From there a freight forwarding company or friend can send the items to you. All arrangements must be made by customer. We need address and phone number of US or US Territory receiving party. Forwarding arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.

To determine cost of materials, shipping and to place an order refer to Quote & Order Form. Just enter state materials are to be shipped to. No personal information required. The form will calculate cost of goods, volume discounts and shipping to the point where the freight forwarder is. If you like the price fill in all the Bill To & Ship To information and place the order using one of the methods outlined in Payment, below.
Payment may be done with a credit card from an individual or company with a US or US Territory address. On orders out of the US the forwarding party normally pays for the order. Then Order Online or print & fax to 800-775-4479, include customer information and credit card. Cashiers Checks, from a USA bank only, may be Mailed-In. Funds may also be wired to our bank.
For orders where funds are to be wired follow the Fax Order method. Note on fax that you wish to wire funds and E-mail to announce your order. We will review the order and relay the wire transfer procedure. Please also include phone and fax numbers.
