US Territories & International Orders: See policy for Canada------

We ship goods to US mainland and Alaskan locations, via ground transport. From there a freight forwarding company or friend can send the items to you. All arrangements must be made by customer. We need address and phone number of US receiving party. Forwarding arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection and acceptance of goods also responsibility of receiving party on the US mainland. See Shipping lead times & instructions to ensure proper receipt of order.

Ordering:

 

To determine cost of materials, shipping and to place an order refer to one of the Online Quote & Ordering Forms.

• List all the materials you wish to purchase. The form will calculate cost of goods, volume discounts and shipping to the point where the freight forwarder is.

• In Bill-To put contact information of person or freight forwarder (located in the US) who will be paying for the order.

Credit Card Payment must from an individual or company with a US address. On orders out of the US the forwarding party often pays for the order.

 

US parties may place an Online Order or Fax Order. Cashiers Checks, from a USA bank only, may be Mailed-In. Funds may also be wired to our bank.

On orders where funds are to be wired follow the Fax Order method. Note on fax that you wish to wire funds and email us to announce your order coming via fax. We will review the order and relay the wire transfer procedure. Please also include a phone number.-
