The charts below show decibel drop that will be experienced when using 8mm double-wall (graph 1) and 16mm triple-wall polycarbonate (graph 2). For example, if there is 35 db traffic noise outside of your 16mm polycarbonate window you will only experience 16.3 db of traffic noise inside of your 16mm polycarbonate window.
